Meet Eleonora – DVN Bracken Gardens’ Newest Team Member!
We are delighted to welcome Eleonora Sourvas to the DVN Bracken Gardens team!
With 22 years of experience in the optometry field, Eleonora brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for helping patients achieve their best vision.
Eleonora has a special interest in Paediatric, Binocular, and Behavioural optometry, and has worked in this sector for the past 9 plus years. Eleonora is trained in providing comprehensive eye tests for children. She also has a keen focus on myopia management (short-sightedness) – don’t mind the pun!, and dry eye management, areas she holds close to her heart.
Known as the “Contact Lens Queen,” Eleonora is proficient in fitting orthokeratology lenses for myopia control and soft contact lenses for general correction in adults and children.
Eleonora has a keen interest in tackling complex or challenging cases, finding joy in creating tailored solutions for each individual. Whether it’s hand or soft lenses, multifocal contact lenses or special prism spectacles.
Eleonora’s dedication ensures her patients receive the highest level of care. Outside of work, Eleonora enjoys spending time with her family and friends, often chasing after her lively son, Leo. To stay fit, she takes up boxing – proving she’s not just a champion in optometry but in the gym too!

Caitlin de Haas
Optometrist
An enthusiastic optometrist passionate about providing personalised, compassionate eye care. With a strong foundation in comprehensive vision exams, contact lens fittings, and ocular health management. She is committed to helping every patient see clearly and feel confident in their care. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and staying at the forefront of the latest advancements in eye health.
Born and raised in Brackenhurst, Caitlin is proud to serve the community that shaped her. She’s thrilled about giving back to the place she’s always called home and is excited to care for familiar faces—and meet new ones along the way. Being part of the Brackenhurst community makes her role as an optometrist all the more meaningful.
Outside of the practice, Caitlin is a proud dog mom of two spirited dachshunds who keep her on her toes. She loves cooking up a storm in the kitchen, always trying new recipes and flavours. A lifelong performer at heart, she still enjoys tap dancing- a passion she's carried with her since childhood.
Caitlin is excited to be a part of the Dynamic Vision Family and hopes to bring her own unique take on optometry.
